Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how RideSecure Insurance Agency Corp. (“RideSecure”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information in connection with ridesecurecarcare.com and inquiries sent through its contact options. RideSecure is responsible for the personal information it receives and uses for its own agency activities.

Information involved
The quote form asks for the following information:
- Contact details
- Your full name, email address, and mobile number.
- Vehicle and location details
- Your vehicle make and model, model year, and city or province.
- Insurance preference
- Whether you are asking about TNVS comprehensive, private comprehensive, or CTPL insurance.
If you email or call us, the information we receive also includes what you choose to say, your correspondence, and the contact information supplied by your email or telephone service.
When a browser requests this website or its fonts, the relevant server receives ordinary connection information, such as an IP address, request time, and browser or device information. Hosting and service providers may keep access or error logs according to their arrangements.
The initial quote form does not ask for identity-document copies, medical information, payment-card details, or passwords. Please do not include them in an initial inquiry. If an insurance application later requires additional information, its purpose and applicable requirements should be explained separately.
How the quote form works
The form processes what you type in your browser to prepare an email draft addressed to sales@ridesecurecarcare.com. It does not automatically submit a lead to a website database or send an email in the background. RideSecure receives the quote details only after you send the message through your email app.
Choosing “Open email request” passes the prepared draft to your email app. Your email provider may store drafts and sent messages under its own settings and privacy practices. Closing the quote dialog does not clear the fields. Browser autofill or session restoration may also remember entries; clear the fields and review your browser settings when using a shared device.
If you choose “Copy my request”, the site writes the prepared text to your device’s clipboard. It does not read your clipboard. Clipboard access and retention by other apps are controlled by your device and its settings.
Purposes and lawful grounds
We handle personal information only for a defined purpose and with an applicable lawful basis under Philippine law. Depending on the request, this may include:

Retention
